✳Never done a class? Turn up ten minutes before. Let one of the staff know you are here, introduce yourself to the coach, and either wait in reception until the class is ready to start or warm up on a machine. Every class needs booking, and the caps are small: 16 in Strong, Force, Burn, Blaze and X-Plode, 20 in Engine and Anarchy, 30 for special events.
